Pink Shirt Day 2019

This month of February, Osaka YMCA International School celebrated a month of being caring, kind, and supportive to each other.
Students shared their feelings during morning circle time and reflected on their actions at the end of each day.
Many classes invested time and energy in activities that expressed and reflected their feelings towards being empathetic and caring. These efforts are on display all around the school for the community to view and enjoy.
Today was International Pink Shirt Day. Osaka YMCA International School held a special assembly today to celebrate this month of being caring. We sang songs, had a puppet show, performed skits, presented our work and also initiated an art activity for the Grade 3 class to complete in the near future.
