On Friday, March 8th, the Middle School Programme once again welcomed students from Tokyo YMCA International School (TYIS), who came to Osaka for a few days.

The Middle School has grown significantly since TYIS visited last year, so there was plenty of opportunities for the students to socialise with new people and get to know each other as they went for a morning trip to Osaka Castle. It was a beautiful day and they ate lunch in the park together under the warmth of the sun.

The teachers from TYIS complimented the manners and friendly disposition of our students and it looked like everyone had a great time. The teachers graciously invited us to visit them in return. We certainly hope to find further opportunities to collaborate with our Tokyo partners!
