It was the perfect Autumn weather day for a special outing to Kobe Animal Kingdom. KA loved feeding and touching so many friendly animals all day long. The super stunning nature and the exciting shows were also major highlights for them. They didn’t want to leave!

This field trip allowed KA various hands-on opportunities to deepen and enhance their Unit of Inquiry on animals. KA are continuing various types of pretend play at school with a focus on animal habitats and care. Older students have also visited KA class to talk about their pets. Learning about animals is always a wonderful topic for children, so we are currently thinking about our own class pet.
