Early Childhood students enjoyed spending Monday afternoon up at the rooftop swimming pool participating in the annual Swim Gala. This year the theme was Peter Pan and students had the opportunity to take part in a variety of fun stations, both in the water and on dry ground.

The brave students could choose whether they wanted to “Walk the Plank” and jump in to the water, or participate in Seahorse races with a pool noodle. Other water stations included the Tiger Lily Rescue, inflatable boat or raft rides through the wavy waters.

Out of the pool, students chose to catch fish in little pools, relax in the jelly pool or practice their Coco Loco bowling skills.

Before the afternoon wrapped up, EC students made sure to wander through the Mermaid Lagoon showers and play in the ball pit. It was a busy afternoon with perfect weather for the students to celebrate learning swimming skills all month.
