Osaka YMCA International School is hosting a professional learning event on Saturday, February 8, 2025. The focus of the sessions will be Rethinking Assessments, broken into four segments:
The sessions will be designed for all levels of the school: from Early Childhood to Grade 12. Sessions will be conducted in English.
The sessions will be led by Sadhana Pant who currently holds a position of PYP Coordinator at AIC World College of Osaka. She has over 13 years of PYP experience in various capacities and has worked in many IB international schools. Sadhana actively supports schools as a Consultant, Workshop Leader, School Visit Team Leader and Programme leader within the IB Asia Pacific region and understands the very unique context Japan offers when adopting the IB. She has independently started as an inquiry consultant for a few international schools in Japan and Reggio Emilia schools in Italy with an aim to help them promote agency and self-efficacy amongst students. Sadhana speaks Japanese, Mandarin, English and Hindi.
Cost: 10,000 yen per person
Venue: Osaka YMCA International School (Tosabori Campus)
