Welcome to Elementary School
Dear Prospective Parents,
We are an IB PYP inquiry-based primary school with classes from Grades 1 to 6.
We believe that children grow through critically engaging with the world around them. Students learn in a safe, inclusive learning environment where every member of the community is valued.
Students inquire into a range of themes including, “how the world works,” “who we are” and “sharing the planet. They are challenged to gain knowledge and skills within languages, math, and science alongside the development of broader “transdisciplinary” skills such as collaborative problem solving, conflict management, and critical creativity.
Teachers and students co-create their learning in ways that allow children to connect and apply their learning to real-life situations and to take ownership of their educational journey.
